Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
To apply for SSC CGL 2026, candidates must fulfill the following qualification requirements:
- General Posts: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent institute.
- Junior Statistical Officer (JSO): Bachelor's Degree in any subject with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at the 12th standard level OR Bachelor’s Degree with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.
- Statistical Investigator Grade-II: Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects for all three years/six semesters.
2. Nationality
A candidate must be either a citizen of India, a subject of Nepal, a subject of Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India.
