These Terms govern your use of jobs.myselftips.in ("the Site"), operated by RP Creation, founded by Ritesh Pandey. By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the service

Myself Jobs is an independent information portal. We are not a government body, recruitment agency, examination authority or placement service, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any department, commission, board or university whose notices we summarise.

2. Accuracy and official sources

Notifications are compiled from official notices and websites. Dates, vacancy counts, fees and eligibility can change or be corrected by the issuing authority at any time. Before you apply, pay a fee or travel for an exam, you must verify every detail on the official website or PDF linked on our post. The official notice always prevails over our summary.

3. No fees, no guarantees

All content and tools on the Site are free. We never charge for a listing, never demand money on behalf of any department, and never promise a job, a seat, a rank or a selection. Anyone asking for payment in our name is acting fraudulently - please report it to us.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, mirror or bulk-republish our content or database.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits or access controls, or probe the Site for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive or misleading material in comments or messages.
• Do not use the Site to distribute malware, spam or automated traffic that degrades service for others.

5. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these Terms or that show signs of compromise or abuse.

6. User content and comments

You keep ownership of anything you post, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and moderate it on the Site. Comments are moderated; we may edit, hide or delete content that is off-topic, abusive, promotional or unlawful.

7. Free tools

Tools such as photo and signature resizing, image compression, resume building, calculators and typing tests run in your browser and are provided "as is". Always keep your own copy of any original file. Output sizes and formats should be checked against the exact specification in the official notice before you upload anything to a recruitment portal.

8. Intellectual property

The Site design, editorial text, tool code and the Myself Jobs, RP Creation and Myself Tips names and logos belong to RP Creation. Government notices, logos and PDFs belong to their respective authorities and are referenced for informational purposes. You may quote a short extract with a visible link back to the source page.

9. Third-party links and advertising

The Site links to external official sites and may display third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, offers, availability or practices.

10. Email alerts

Alerts are sent only after you confirm your email address, and only for the categories you select. You can unsubscribe from any alert email at any time. We may pause or stop the alert service, or change its frequency, at our discretion.

11. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, and maintenance or outages may occur without notice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RP Creation, Myself Jobs and Ritesh Pandey are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for missed deadlines, rejected applications, fees paid, travel costs or lost opportunity arising from reliance on information published on the Site. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

14. Corrections and takedown

If a notification is wrong, outdated or infringes your rights, write to us through the contact page with the page link and the correct official reference. We review such requests promptly.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
