This Privacy Policy explains how Myself Jobs ("we", "us"), operated by RP Creation and founded by Ritesh Pandey, handles information when you use jobs.myselftips.in (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your email address when you subscribe to free job alerts, along with the job categories and departments you select; the content of any message you send us; and account details (email, display name) if you register.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. These are used for security, abuse prevention and aggregate statistics.
• Security logs: for accounts, we record sign-in attempts, failed sign-ins, password changes and email changes, together with IP and browser information, to detect unauthorised access.
• Tool usage: our free tools run in your browser. We record only anonymous counters (for example "image compression used"), never the files, photos or documents you process.

2. What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store payment card details, Aadhaar numbers, exam roll numbers, government identity documents or the images you resize, crop or compress in our tools. Files you upload to the tools are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers.

3. How we use information

• To send the free job alert emails you asked for, limited to your chosen categories.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site, including rate limiting and fraud prevention.
• To respond to your enquiries, corrections and takedown requests.
• To measure aggregate traffic and content performance.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

4. Email alerts and consent

Alert subscriptions use double opt-in: after you submit your email we send a confirmation link, and no alerts are sent until you click it. Every alert email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. You can also write to us to have your subscription and email address deleted.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries: strictly necessary items (session, security, your saved tool preferences) and, where enabled, analytics and advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; strictly necessary items are required for sign-in and some tools to work.

6. Analytics

Where enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage such as page views and traffic sources. Google processes this data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We do not send your email address to analytics providers.

7. Advertising

The Site may display advertising, including Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You may opt out of personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. We do not share your email address with advertisers.

8. Third-party services we rely on

We use trusted processors to run the Site: cloud hosting and database services (application data and subscriber records), a managed transactional email provider (delivery of confirmation and alert emails), and optional analytics and advertising providers described above. Each processes data only as required to deliver its service.

9. Data retention

Subscriber records are kept while your subscription is active and for a short period afterwards to honour unsubscribe requests. Security and authentication logs are kept for up to 180 days. Administrative audit records are retained for accountability. Anonymous usage counters are kept in aggregate.

10. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with row-level access rules so that records are only readable by the account or staff entitled to see them. Administrative actions require authentication and are logged. Passwords are stored as salted hashes and checked against known-breach lists. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep exposure minimal.

11. Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, or withdrawal of consent for alerts. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period.

12. Children

The Site is intended for exam aspirants and general users and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. External links

Notification pages link to official government and recruiting body websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or the law. The "last updated" date above will change and material updates will be highlighted on the Site.
