NTA NEET UG 2026 Final Scorecard & Rank List

National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the final scorecard, cut-off marks, and All India Rank (AIR) list for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test [NEET (UG) – 2026]. Candidates who appeared for the national-level medical entrance examination conducted on 3rd May 2026 can now check and download their scorecards online from the official portal. This scorecard is essential for admissions into undergraduate medical courses including MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, and B.Sc. Nursing across government and private institutions in India.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized Board/University with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.
  • Appearing Candidates: Students appearing for their 10+2 board examinations in 2026 were also eligible to apply.
  • Minimum Qualifying Marks in PCB:
    • General / EWS Category: Minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
    • OBC / SC / ST Category: Minimum 40% aggregate marks in PCB.
    • PwD Candidates: Minimum 45% aggregate marks in PCB.

Age Limit Criteria

  • Minimum Age: Candidates must have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or on/before 31st December 2026. (Born on or before 31/12/2009).
  • Upper Age Limit: As per National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines, there is no upper age limit for NEET UG candidates.

Courses Covered Under NEET UG 2026

Scorecard and ranks of NEET UG 2026 will be utilized for admission into the following undergraduate medical programs:

  • MBBS: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery
  • BDS: Bachelor of Dental Surgery
  • BAMS: Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
  • BHMS: Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery
  • BUMS: Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery

Selection & Counseling Process

The admission process following the NEET UG 2026 result declaration consists of the following phases:

  • Phase 1 - Written Examination: National-level competitive exam conducted by NTA in pen-and-paper mode.
  • Phase 2 - Merit List & AIR Generation: Release of Scorecard containing Percentile Score, Total Marks achieved, and All India Rank (AIR).
  • Phase 3 - Counseling:
    • 15% All India Quota (AIQ) Seats: Conducted by Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) for Central/Deemed Universities, AIIMS, and JIPMER.
    • 85% State Quota Seats: Conducted by respective State Medical Admission Authorities for state government and private colleges.

  • Visit the official NTA NEET portal at neet.nta.nic.in.
  • On the homepage, locate and click on the link titled "Download NEET UG 2026 Final Scorecard / Result".
  • Enter your mandatory login credentials including your Application Number and Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY).
  • Enter the Security PIN / Captcha code displayed on the screen correctly.
  • Click on the Submit button.
  • Your NEET UG 2026 Result & Final Scorecard displaying subject-wise marks, total percentile, and All India Rank will be displayed.
  • Download and print multiple clear copies of your scorecard for the upcoming counseling and document verification phase.
