The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for the Common Recruitment Process for Recruitment of Probationary Officers / Management Trainees (CRP PO/MT-XIV 2026). Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Degree Required: A Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
- Marks Criteria: The candidate must possess a valid degree mark sheet/degree certificate certifying that they are a graduate on the day they register and must indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
- Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is desirable.
2. Age Limit (As per Rules)
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
Age Relaxation Norms:
- SC / ST Candidates: 5 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: 3 Years
- PwBD Candidates: 10 Years
- Ex-Servicemen / Commissioned Officers: 5 Years

Selection Process
The selection process for IBPS PO / MT CRP XIV consists of three sequential stages. Candidates must qualify in each stage to proceed to the next.
- Phase I: Preliminary Examination (Objective Test) – Qualifying nature; used to shortlist candidates for the Main examination.
