Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate must possess a valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that certifies that they are a graduate on the day they register for the exam.

2. Age Limit (As on August 01, 2026)

The age criteria for applicants applying for CRP PO/MT-XIV are as follows:

• Minimum Age: 20 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years

Age Relaxation

Upper age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for reserved categories:

• SC / ST: 5 Years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
• PwD Candidates: 10 Years
• Ex-Servicemen: 5 Years

Selection Process

The selection process for IBPS PO / Management Trainee recruitment consists of three progressive stages:

• Stage 1: Preliminary Examination – Objective online exam testing English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability.
• Stage 2: Main Examination – Objective online test covering Data Analysis & Interpretation, Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, and English Language, followed by a Descriptive Test (Letter Writing & Essay).
• Stage 3: Common Interview – Conducted by the Participating Banks and coordinated by IBPS.
• Stage 4: Document Verification & Provisional Allotment – Final selection based on the combined score of the Main Examination and Interview.
